Site "SAMARTSEV.RU" was started in November 2000 as my personal "web piece", which consists of my resume, portfolio and other information I want to post for public view. From the beginning this site is published in two languages (Russian & English).
- A possibilyty to attend a project was created for other Samartsevs in January 2003.
